Insurance is required and included in shipping costs for all domestic packages. Coverage is based on value. All items must be returned in the original packaging including the box. Returns are the responsibility of the buyer to pack safely and the return is made promptly. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. For INTERNATIONAL buyers only: International packages are done on an individual basis since fees vary. Return notification is 3 days from receipt of goods, a return form is included. Estimated delivery dates are provided to the best of our ability. Any duty or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
