Platinum & 14k Edwardian Bar Pin w Pearls & Mine Cut Diamonds

A sleek Edwardian platinum and 14k yellow gold bar pin with featuring a design with pearls and mine cut diamonds.

The top of the bar is platinum, the underside is 14k.

The bar has a delicate design of four small pearls framed with a scalloped design set with tiny mine cut diamonds.

Very well made, the pearls are drilled and set and cemented on pegs, the diamonds are bead set.

Measures 2&5/16", the center design is 8/16" by .25", the pearls are 2mm, the diamonds are 1mm.

Very well made and in excellent condition, no damage and minimal wear, secure safety clasp that works in reverse.

Marked on the back next to the riveted pin stem, there are two marks, the 14k mark is faint but visible with a loupe, the other mark is not visible, it tested platinum with acid. There is also a maker's hallmark on the side of the bar near the catch.

Total weight is 3.2 grams.
