14k Victorian Engraved Mourning Pin Onyx & Seed Pearls

A stunning antique pin beautifully crafted in 14k yellow gold, black onyx and seed pearls.

Exquisite detail in classic Victorian style, the rim is meticulously hand engraved.

The engraved gold encases the black onyx, the center has a domed escutcheon of fresh water pearls and tiny onyx beads.

Very well made and in excellent condition, no damage or visible wear.

It closes with a C catch and riveted tube pin stem, the pin stem is not gold.

Measures 1.25" in diameter, it has a depth of 3/16". the gold frame is 3/16" wide, the rosette is 5/16" in diameter.

Unmarked, the gold tested 14k with acid, total weight is 11.1 grams.
