10k Edwardian Amethyst & Seed Pearl Pin

A gorgeous antique Edwardian 10k bar pin set with amethyst and seed pearls c1910.

Three square faceted amethysts are prong set alternating with four peg set seed pearls.

The amethysts are set in bezels, the pearls are drilled and cemented onto pegs.

The bar is made from four rows of flat wire, the stones and pearls are centered between the outer rows.

Measures 2.5" by 3/16" the amethyst are 3mm square, the pearls are 2mm.

Excellent condition, no damage or visible wear.

Marked 10k on the old style wide C clasp, it has a 'safety' feature so that the pin stem is locked in place.

Total weight is 4.1 grams.
