A fabulous old Native American sterling ring with a wonderful moss agate cabochon.
The top is quite long and the moss agate is nearly the length of the top.
The bezel set stone is an interesting combination of 'moss' within both a translucent milky white and clear stone.
The bezel is framed with a twisted wire and a curled wire design that bisected with a solid silver ball.
The sides of the ring have a lovely transition to the shank, a small flower and series of leaves travel from the setting to the shank.
Ring size 6, the top measures 1&5/8" long by .75", the cabochon measures 1&7/8" by just under 3/8".
The shank measures 5/16" on the sides next to the setting and tapers to the 1/8" in the back.
Marked Sterling inside the shank, the first two letters are not really visible, the rest of the mark is. Tested and guaranteed sterling.
Total weight is 10.5 grams.
