A beautiful vintage pair of sterling drop earrings by the great Italian designer Guglielmo Cini*.
The dramatic design has long kite shaped silver with a border of long and short beading, the center is cut out.
Seven silver beads hang from the bottom making a graduated fringe.
The earrings hang from a single bead that attaches to a screw back finding. The earrings can be converted to posts or French wires without compromising the design. (no charge)
They measure 3&3/8" long from the top of the ear finding by 7/8" across the widest part, the beads are 5mm.
Excellent condition, no damage or visible wear.
Marked Cini on the back of both earrings and sterling on the finding, the earrings tested sterling with acid. Total weight is 22 grams.

*Guglielmo Cini founded the Cini Jewelry Company after migrating to the United States from Florence, Italy, in 1922. Located in Boston, MA, until moving the business to Laguna Beach, CA in 1957 where he died in 1979. Expert craftsmanship executed in sterling silver make his pieces very collectible.
