A great vintage gold filled Egyptian Revival scarab bracelet c1950s.
The scarab beetle was sacred to the ancient Egyptians, a symbol of resurrection and the afterlife.
The bracelet uses seven different semi precious gemstones carved into scarabs.
The stones include rhodocrosite, bloodstone, tiger eye, carnelian, blue onyx, epidote, and black onyx.
The cabochons are carved on both sides, set in bezels and attached with double wire jump rings.
Excellent condition, no damage or visible wear.
Marked gold filled on the secure spring ring clasp.
The bracelet measures 7.5" long by 3/8" wide, each petite bezel set stone is 3/8" by 7/16" (8mm by 10mm).
Looks great alone or in combination with other scarab bracelets.
A beautiful and delicate vintage gold filled scarab bracelet.
