Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

Combined shipping is available & encouraged. All items are well packed & mailed promptly. Shipping is based on weight and distance. Payment is expected within 2 days unless notified. Insurance is required and included in shipping costs for all domestic packages. Coverage is based on value. All items must be returned in the original packaging including the box. Returns are the responsibility of the buyer to pack safely and the return is made promptly. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. For INTERNATIONAL buyers only: International packages are done on an individual basis since fees vary. Return notification is 3 days from receipt of goods, a return form is included. Estimated delivery dates are provided to the best of our ability. Any duty or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. This varies from country to country so that information is the responsibility of the customer to know or find from their post office or appropriate government agency. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer, returned items must be shipped by the same method as sent. Fees paid to paypal from the original purchase are no longer returned to the seller by Paypal and will therefore be deducted from any refund on returned merchandise.
