A great example of a Native American sterling bracelet set with a beautiful turquoise cabochon.
The natural turquoise has a clear turquoise blue color with fine lines of black matrix.
The stone is set vertically in a serrated edge bezel and framed with twisted wire, the edge around the setting has a slightly sculptural scalloped design alternating with cut lines at the poles.
The turquoise sits on a split band of heavy twisted wire, the wires join together gradually in the back.
The top design measures 15/16" by .75", the turquoise cab is 15mm by 10mm, the band is .75" in the front and tapers to .25" in the back.
The bracelet is medium in size, the inside circumference is 6.25" including the 1&1/8" opening.
Total weight is 23.5 grams.
Excellent condition, no damage or visible wear, very clean.
Marked sterling and signed inside Roy Bennet, Navajo artist.
A stunning vintage Native American turquoise bracelet c1960-70s.
