Chester, England 9k Rose Gold Engraved Buckle Motif Bracelet 1911
A wonderful signed antique Edwardian buckle bracelet beautifully made in 9k rose gold.
The front of the bracelet is meticulously hand engraved in a classic curl design, the back of the bracelet is plain.
The raised buckle has eight bead set seed pearls in the frame, the prong is plain, the keeper has three bead set seed pearls.
The bracelet has a secure hinge, it opens with a press button, it closes with a secure snap and has a safety chain as well.
The buckle measures 7/16" wide, the rest of the band is .25". Oval in shape, the inside dimensions are 2.25" by 2", bracelet has an inside circumference of 6.5" so it is suitable for a small wrist only.
Marked 9 and .375 and Patent LOCKSNAP, H G & S Ltd for Henry Griffith & Sons and a date letter mark of script L for 1911.
Total weight is 7.8 grams.
Excellent overall condition, no damage or visible wear to the front, the back has shallow dents.
