A fabulous 14k yellow gold Egyptian Revival bracelet c1950s.
The bracelet uses eight different gemstones cabochons carved into scarabs.
The scarab beetle was sacred to the ancient Egyptians, a symbol of resurrection and the afterlife.
The stones include clear quartz, black onyx, carnelian blue quartz, tiger eye, and spinach green jade.
The cabochons are carved on both sides, set horizontally in open back bezels and attached with soldered triple wire connectors.
Excellent condition, no damage and minimal wear.
Unmarked, the bracelet was tested with acid to confirm gold content.
Measures 7.75" by .5", each bezel set stone is 5/8" by 7/16" (15mm by 11mm) total weight is 17 grams.
