An outstanding vintage genuine imperial topaz ring beautifully made in 18k yellow gold with white gold accents.
The faceted oval stone has intense orange cognac color as well as fabulous clarity.
The large gemstone has a deep cut with a large table and perfect side facets.
It is prong set in a yellow gold basket with white gold prongs, the sides of the shank are accented in white gold, the shank is plain.
Ring size 9, it is easy to size down since the shank is plain.
The gorgeous topaz measures 15mm by 10mm, total weight of the ring is 4 grams. The setting sit 5mm off the finger.
Unmarked, the ring tested 18k with acid. There is some scratched inscription inside that I believe says 'for AMF'.
Excellent condition, no damage or visible wear, clean and simply stunning.
The gem tested topaz by a licensed gemologist.
A fine quality 18k imperial topaz ring c1950s.
