A lovely Victorian Revival ring beautifully made in 10k yellow gold and set with seventeen garnets.
The cluster has a large faceted oval garnet framed with sixteen small round faceted garnets.
The garnets have a deep red-orange color, they are very well matched.
All the stones are set with prongs in open back settings, the center stone has a flat table with facets around the edge.
The cluster is set on a wire work frame to raise it slightly off the finger, the back is contoured for comfort.
Ring size 7.5, the cluster measures 11/16" by .5", the center stone is 12mm by 7mm, the round stones are 2mm.
Marked 10k inside the shank with a hallmark of PDN.
Total weight is 3.5 grams.
Excellent condition, no damage and minimal wear.
