Antique 14k Rose Gold Hardstone Cameo Pin/Pendant Seed Pearl Frame

An exquisite antique hardstone cameo meticulously carved and beautifully set in 14k rose gold.

The cameo was carved from black and white banded onyx, the women appears as translucent milky white on the black stone base.

The intricate carving depicts a classic woman in profile, her upswept hair has amazing detail, fine curls fall down her neck.
Her delicate features show the quality of the carving, the stars around the neckline of her dress show the great attention to detail.

The cameo is bezel set, the frame suits the carving perfectly with tiny creamy white seed pearls set on posts framing the beauty. Four larger pearls are bead set in boxes at the cardinal points.

The cameo has a fold down bail as well as pin findings with a safety catch that works in reverse.

Measures 1.5" by 1.25", the cameo is 1&1/8" by 7/8".

Excellent, very clean condition, no damage or visible wear. White spots are glare from the flash.

Marked 14k with a cross hallmarked, total weight is 10.5 grams.
