A fabulous yellow gold filled Egyptian Revival bracelet c1950-60s.
The scarab beetle was sacred to the ancient Egyptians, a symbol of resurrection and the afterlife.
The bracelet uses seven different gemstones carved into scarabs.
The stones include chrysoprase, striped agate, quartz crystal, carnelian, amethyst, tiger eye and black onyx.
The large cabochons are carved on both sides, set vertically in serrated edge open back bezels and attached with double wire connectors.
Excellent condition, no damage and no visible wear.
Marked gold filled on the secure spring ring clasp.
Measures 7&3/8" by .75", each bezel set stone is 14mm by 18mm.
