An exceptional piece of Arts & Crafts mixed metals jewelry c1910.
The large pendant has a bold, organic design in copper and brass.
Techniques used in the making are piercing, etching, applique and engraving.
It hangs from a heavy flat, decorative brass chain.
Very well made and in excellent condition, no damage or visible wear.
Total length is 20.5", the pendant measures just under 4" by 2&7/8".
Sadly unsigned, the pendant has the quality and fine craftsmanship of Carence Crafters or Heintz and other masters of the era. There is some writing in the corner but it is not legible.
An outstanding and rare piece of original Arts & Crafts jewelry circa 1910.
