Vintage L.E. Smith Amber Moon and Stars Toothpick Holder
There were three versions of the #4211 Moon and Stars toothpick holders made during the years from 1963 until 1983. This Amber one with the scalloped top rim and the plain foot was made between 1963 and 1968.
It measures 2-1/4" Tall and the top rim is 2" OD.
It is in great shape, no wear, and free from any damage but you might find a few small bubbles here and there. Not at all unusual. Smith rarely marked any of their toothpick holders. They used stickers instead.
I am listing five more Smith toothpick holders at this time. This one and two others, one Colonial Blue and one Antique Green, have the scalloped top rim with the plain foot and the other three also Colonial Blue, Antique Green, and a richer darker Amber have a scalloped top rim and also scalloped feet with a starred bottom. All of the toothpick holders I am listing in the Moon and Stars pattern are made from three part molds.
