Depression Era - Fostoria Fairfax Mushroom Candle Holders (pair) #2375-1/2 Rose Pink
Lovely, graceful, set of two footed Mushroom candle holders made during the years of 1927-1932, or 1928-1935, depending which book is consulted. In any case the Rose color is a deeper more intense pink than many pinks offered by other glass manufacturers during the Depression. The Fairfax Pressed Glass shape #2375 was a huge success and it was used for many etchings including, June, Versailles, Trojan, and Kashmir. This pair of Fairfax #2375-1/2 non-etched candle holders could inter-mingle with any of those sets with ease.
Measurements are 2-3/8" High, 4" Base, 4-3/4" domed top.
I could not find any damage, no chips, dings, scratches, stains, or repairs.
