Cambridge Glass Company, of Cambridge, Ohio, manufactured these during the years 1936 - 1957, the Depression Era and the Mid-Century Era. Cambridge Glass Company offered beautiful elegant hand-made glass in a multitude of patterns and designs for all occasions. They were in business from 1901 until 1958. For new collectors, this pattern and other Cambridge patterns will be found in the Elegant Glass books by several different authors.
The set is #41 on Blank #3550. The #41 creamer measures 4-1/2" Tall at the spout, 2-1/2" opening, and holds 5 ounces. The #41 open sugar measures 3-1/2" Tall at the handles and the opening is 2-3/4". Cambridge made these sets in three sizes. This is the largest of the three.
The set is free from damage, no chips, dings, bites, cracks, or stains. The creamer's tiny little feet are very lightly ground and polished, on the very bottom, probably to level it, there doesn't appear to be any damage.
