Depression Era Hocking Glass Banded Ring Footed Iced Tea Tumblers
This nice set of four are from the 1930's. Hocking made several different designs of Ring tumblers. Some are smooth around and some are vertical ribbed in an optic paneled design. These are the smooth around tumblers. They have five sets of horizontal concentric rings and are 6-3/4" tall. They hold about 13 ounces.
They are in excellent gently used condition, without any nicks, chips, stains, repairs, or cracks. They have the usual manufacturing flaws; glass straw mark inclusions and a few small bubbles.
They were meant for iced teas but would make excellent beer glasses or dessert parfaits too.
