Incredible salvaged gesso cherub fragment mounted on wood in the early 1900's after having been rescued from a NYC mansion demolition. It originally adorned the top of a very elaborate antique mirror. This wonderful architectural piece measures 13 inches tall, 8 inches wide, and 6 inches deep. Please look carefully at the pictures as the cherub is not perfect and is missing toes, and some of the wire frame is visible. The imperfections only add charm and authenticity to the one-of-a-kind piece. It is ready to hang.
