This is a fine 7 piece set of vintage sterling silver American Indian buttons made by Sharon Clark-Begaye of Arizona. Ms. Clark-Begaye is also associated with the Bureau of Indian Affairs. This set of round silver buttons are slightly domed and each has a pattern of stipple arcs crossing each other. They come on their original card, bound with leather strips on the back. There are no markings, but come with an identifying business card and a slip of paper where the original owner wrote down the maker's name.
Each button measures .875" in diameter. I have not removed them from the card to search for markings or weigh them. They are unpolished.
Condition is good. Note that Ruby Lane's silly image processing digitally removed the original card from the background of the buttons in the processed image - however these buttons have never been removed from the card.
This is a handsome and authentic set of native American button jewelry to enhance your southwestern clothing.
