This attractive early 1900s Arts and Crafts era bracelet and matching brooch set was hand crafted in sterling silver layered over a copper base. Both bracelet cuff and brooch have somewhat abstracted patterns of flower blossoms. There are no markings, The tops test strongly positive for high silver content of at least sterling grade. The brooch has an old fashioned pin back with T hinged pin stem and C clasp.
The brooch weighs 17.16 gr. and measures 1.375" x 2.375". The bracelet weighs 50.74 gr and measures 1.875" wide, with inside diameters of 2" x 2.75". The wrist opening is currently 1.5" but it is flexible. The bracelet will fit a woman's medium to large wrist size up to 7" and more if adjusted to open up.
Condition is good. Patina is intact and has not been cleaned away.
This is a fine example of the jewelry being produced during the heyday of the Arts and Crafts movement.
