This is an unusual 26" tall German bisque shoulder head doll with an open closed mouth and molded teeth. She has a solid domed bald head and wears a long brown human hair wig with pink bows. I have left the wig only barely tacked on in front so the head can be more easily examined. She has blue glass spiral eyes. Her antique body is cloth with bisque lower arms. Upper cloth arms have been restored with newer cloth. She is dressed in antique clothing consisting of white cotton pantaloons and slip, black velvet booties, and a red and white cotton print dress with tatted lace trim.
Condition: There is a small chip on the bottom edge of the shoulder plate - see photos. Her right index finger is broken off.
This is a doll with a very different look. She is marked only with a size number 12 on her back. German maker is unknown, but might be a Kestner product.
