This is an interesting wooden doll from India circa early 1900s. She is 8.5" tall. She has a wooden head carved as one unit with the torso, and wooden arms and legs with cloth joint attachments, She is dressed in her original red silk sari with gold trim and floral under blouse. She wears bracelets on each wrist, plus a beaded necklace. Her facial features and hair are painted.
Condition: Her silk sari is shredding. Otherwise the doll is in good condition.
