The remaining two spools are smooth white ribbon with raised green velveteen shamrocks and Happy St. Patrick’s Day greeting, 3 yards each by 3/8 inch wide. All of the ribbon is 100 percent polyester, made in Taiwan by Celebrate It and is sealed with the original, manufacturer's cellophane.
