Dates to the Art Nouveau era, circa 1910.
Bears the Unger Brothers hallmark, which also identifies the piece as 'STERLING 925 FINE'. Unger Brothers were exceedingly well known silversmiths out of Newark, New Jersey. (There also appears to be some original jeweller's marks upon the piece - perhaps inventory?)
Beautiful repousse crafted design featuring a pair of birds (darned if I know what kind though), perched atop or within a rose bush. This is a unique design and I have failed to find similar pieces in my search to identify this particular Unger piece.
The stickpin measures 2.40" from end to end, with a top portion that measures 0.62". This piece weighs 2.86 grams.
Condition is very good, with no damages or repairs. This piece has been cleaned, but not polished, and retains it's aged patina.
