Dating to the mid to late Victorian era, circa 1875.
Crafted in solid 18K yellow gold, and hallmarked '750' along the pin stem, as well as an hallmark from the Wiener Neustadt assay office, which dates from 1868 to 1902. (Two hallmarks were used during this period, both very similar. I believe the hallmark on this pin to be from the later era of 1872 to 1902.)
Featuring a floral motif top, which is elegantly made, and set with 6 small cushion-cut genuine rubies & 4 tiny rose-cut diamonds along the flower petals, and finished with a claw-set 2.6 mm Old European cut diamond of approximately 0.07 carats in the center.
The stickpin measures 2.60" from end to end, with a top portion that measures 0.38" by 0.39". This piece weighs 1.8 grams.
Condition is very good, with no damages.
