Dates to the early Edwardian era, circa 1901.
Crafted in solid 14K yellow gold, and hallmarked as such upon the pin stem. Also bears iron cross in a circle hallmark that I have not yet been able to identify.
Puff heart motif, inset with a tiny natural split seed pearl. Possibly a gift from a sweetheart - perhaps even a honeymoon gift to a groom.
The stickpin measures 2.00" from end to end, with a top portion that measures 0.33" by 0.29". This piece weighs 1 gram.
Condition is good, with no damages. Minor bends to pin stem noted.
