Dates to the Edwardian era, circa 1905.
Crafted in solid 10K yellow gold, and hallmarked as such upon the pin stem. Also bears some maker's initials before the carat marking, but I am unable to make them out and thus identify the maker. (Sorry!)
This is one of the prettiest cameo stick pin that I have offered so far. The cameo itself is hand carved in genuine shell - likely conch due to it's pale pink colouration - and is a miniature piece of art, featuring a young woman with flowers in her hair. It is in turn set into a beautifully hand-etched floral frame, which is truly just as fabulous as the cameo itself.
The stickpin measures 2.46" from end to end, with a top portion that measures 0.85" by 0.58". This piece weighs 1.5 grams.
Condition is excellent, with no damages or repairs.
