Dates to the Edwardian era, circa 1910.
Crafted in solid 14K yellow gold, and hallmarked 14 with the Alling & Co. mark.
Beautiful openwork design, what I usually refer to as a shield motif. Elements of Greek key on the sides, Fleur-de-lis at the top, and a tiny heart at the base. Bezel-set with an approximately 2 mm (0.03 carat) diamond in the very center.
The stickpin measures 2.54" from end to end, with a top portion that measures 0.71" by 0.52". This piece weighs 1.2 grams.
Condition is very excellent, with no damages or repairs.
