Dates to the Edwardian era, circa 1910.
Crafted in solid 14K yellow gold and hallmarked as such upon the clasp. Also bears the hallmark of an iron cross within a circle - a fairly prolific maker, but one I have never been able to identify.
Lovely late Nouveau design, featuring a bezel-set deep blue sapphire cabochon. The stone measures approximately 5.5 mm by 4 mm, and weighs approximately 0.70 carats.
The stickpin measures 2.39" from end to end, with a top portion that measures 0.80" by 0.45". This piece weighs 1.6 grams.
Condition is very good, with no damages or repairs.
