Here is a flower shaped garnet and diamond white gold ladies ring in a size 6.75. It has a very faint hallmark of 14K but has been tested to 10kt.
The center six prongs contain one round cut pyrope garnet. It is 6.82mm - 6.92mm x 4.5mm in diameter and depth. This is estimated to weigh 1.58cts by formula. It is VVS in clarity and very dark, very slightly brownish Red in color.
Eight single cut diamonds encircle the center. They measure 1.10 - 1.2mm in diameter and are estimated to weigh 0.00625 - 0.0075ct each. They are SI1 - I2 in clarity and appear to be G-H in color.
Twelve pear cut pyrope garnets frame the center. They measure 6mm x 4mm x 2.72-2.82mm in length, width and depth. They are estimated to weigh 0.49-0.51ct each. They are VVS to VS in clarity and very dark to dark brownish, orangey-Red in color.
Each shoulder contains one row of three Malaya garnets measuring 2.30-2.40mm in diameter. They are estimated to weigh 0.06-0.08ct each. They are VVS to VS in clarity and medium-dark, brownish, Orange in color.
The gold is estimated to weigh 4.18 pennyweights. The ring was cast and handset and is in excellent condition. This includes an insurance appraisal of $1,350.00.
