This is another beautiful hand-painted, one-of-a-kind porcelain item by Master China Painter, Margaret Surber. This is a beautiful little pitcher/creamer with pink roses on a very pale greenish/cream background. It is trimmed with 24kt gold highlights and measures 5 1/2" high x 3 1/2" wide. The vase is signed beneath the handle. The condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or damage. Note: This porcelain is safe for use but it is strongly recommended that you do not put it in dishwasher.

Partial Biography: Margaret Surber (American, 1913 - 2001) won many awards for her china painting, including three ribbons at the 1963 World's Fair in Seattle. She was the president of the International China Painting Teachers Association. She also wrote several books about how to paint on porcelain.
