Mendicant is a porcelain figurine of a beggar seated on brick plateform holding a tambourine. He measures 8 1/4" tall and is in wonderful condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. It is marked on the bottom with the Royal Doulton logo, title and number #HN1365. He is listed in Charlton Standard Catalogue Royal Doulton Figurines, 10th Edition by Jean Dale; pg # 122. This figurine was made between 1929-69.
