Perched atop a branch and looking as though poised for flight, this striking Bluethroat figurine is made all the more appealing by the addition of a fuchsia Morning glory vine trailing up the limb. It was originally created in 1983 by the artist Arthur Singer as part of a Limited Edition for the National Audubon Society and is made of fine porcelain which has been hand painted in startling realism. The Bluethroat stands a nice 8.75 inches tall to the tip of its tail and is 5.25 inches wide so it's bound to be seen (and admired) wherever it's placed. It's in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs to mar its beauty.
