We are pleased to present this vintage Beswick of England figurine of a Rosebreasted Cockatoo perched upon a stump with leaves. She is charmingly posed with one foot held out as though wanting to step up and seems to have a gleam in her eye hinting at hidden secrets. The Rosie was crafted by the artist Arthur Gredington between 1949 and 1975 and still retains its original, foil Beswick, England label on the base. She stands a nice 8.25 inches to the top of her crest and is 3.25 inches in diameter at her base. You'll find her to be in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and marked Beswick of England, 1180, Cockatoo on the bottom. Beswick is no longer in business so its products will likely increase in the future. If Cockatoos are for you (especially pink ones) then you can't go wrong with this one. You will LOVE her.
