A most beautiful and realistically rendered Cedar Waxwing figurine perched atop a stump with morning glory vines & flowers. It is made of fine porcelain and was produced by Lenox in 1988 as part of their "Garden Birds" series. The detail on this bird is incredible and is so realistically rendered that you almost expect the eyes to blink. The Waxwing measures 5 inches in length from leaf tip to tail and is 4.5 inches wide. It is in great shape with no chips or cracks and is marked "Cedar Waxing, Fine Porcelain, Lenox" on the bottom. I do not have the original box for this one, but never fear he will be packed well.
