A barnyard buddy worthy of any collection, this vintage Rooster by George Z. Lefton is a cluck above the rest. Nicely hand painted with shading that's reminiscent of the real thing, the Chicken is crafted in bisque which gives it both a look and feel of quality. It's a little larger than most Lefton birds of the like standing at 8" to the tip of his tail, 7.5" from waddle to butt and 4" wide at his breast. He's in good condition with no chips or cracks but does have paint rubs on the tips of three tail feathers (see pic). The Rooster still retains his original Lefton foil label on the bottom and is marked "1983, Geo. Z. Lefton, 03485" on the bottom. Certain to become a favorite and definitely something to crow about!
