For connoisseurs of craft and paper we offer this pair of Victorian scraps, the first a trade card featuring a bird on a branch that's hawking "E.S. Fay Boots, Shoes and Rubbers" and the second a colorful cartoon of a Duck and Dog playing tug-of-war with a snake. Both pieces are blank on the back with faint marks where they were stored in an album. The ad card measures 4 1/8" x 2.5" while the small print is approx. 4 3/8" x 3 1/8" and both are made of lightweight cardboard. The trade card has a light bend on the bottom right that does not go through to the back, otherwise the pieces are in good condition for their age with expected light soiling.
