From the Victorian era and Paris, France we bring you this Art Nouveau pewter calling card tray of a young woman watching a flock of birds. The metal tray measures 8.75 inches x 5.5 inches at its widest area and has four balled feet on the reverse. Almost all of the design elements are pressed outward from the back giving them a dimensional appearance and lots of definition. The unmarked tray shows its age with a little bending here and there most notably within the flock of birds (see pic). One of the feet on the bottom is slightly pushed in which causes the tray to wobble a little when on a flat surface. We still think its overall condition is good - especially for its 100 plus years and feel certain you'll be quite pleased with it.
