Meet Perry a vintage Peregrine Falcon decanter by Royal Doulton that's come to us from the U.K. in search of a new handler. He was originally modelled by John G. Tongue in the 1970's for Beswick but was whisked away to Royal Doulton to become a whiskey decanter for Whyte and Mackay of Glasgow, Scotland. Produced only in 1979 the decanter no longer has its contents but still retains its dashing good looks as befits its pedigree. The Raptor stands 6.75 inches tall and is approx. 2.5 inches x 2.75 inches at its base. Perry is in excellent health with no chips or cracks and has nice detail (and we think his single foot stance borders on genius). Both marked and dated on the bottom as origin proof (but not that of the whiskey!)
