A spectacular vintage figurine of a lone Japanese Blue Flycatcher by the National Audubon Society, perched upon a Dogwood tree with blooms bursting about him. Both bird and bough are hand painted with exacting realism, even the texture of the tree trunk is right. It is made of fine china and is a nice size, standing 8.5 inches tall and having a length of more than 7 inches. The sculpture was created in 1984 by Arthur Singer as a Limited Edition and is in excellent condition. It is marked National Audubon Society, Arthur Singer, Japanese Blue Flycatcher, Limited Edition, Fine Porcelain, NAS 1984 on the bottom, so its quality is assured, and with his good looks and fine detail, so is your delight.
