This vintage collector plate by the artist Arthur Singer depicts a pair of purposeful Chaffinches on the wing and on a mission. Made in 1980 by Franklin Porcelain for the National Audubon Society as part of their "Woodland Birds of the World" series, the plate is crafted of fine porcelain with a gold edge and is larger and heavier than most at 10 5/8 inches in diameter. It is in excellent condition and bearing the artist's signature at the bottom. Beautifully colored and realistically rendered, you are sure to be pleased.
