Two inches long, this brooch is made in the shape of a Scottish Dirk. Centuries ago the large original dirks hung from the belt and held early utensils. This miniature version is so sweet, Victorian with hallmarked silver and grey agate, and red and green jasper. Two silver pieces with little stones mimic the utensils of old. The stone on top is what we call in Scotland, a Cairngorm from the mountain range in the north of Scotland. A sweet little antique Scottish memento.
