This is a beautiful Victorian bracelet from Scotland, from around 1870 and still in original shiny condition with no scratches that I can see. Engraved silver tips on the ends of carnelian and bloodstone pieces. The heart is actually the lock; one side engraved silver, the other carnelian. These alone are sought after so don't lose it! I pay dearly to find replacements which are rare. The bracelet fits an eight inch wrist and I have a added safety chain. I also added a spring ring to save opening the heart lock each time you wear it as silver can wear down after time. It can easily be removed should you wish to revert back to using the original heart closure. Width of stones is 5/8 inch. Not marked silver as this produced before it was mandatory.
