I scoured the markets in UK for these while over there. They are a hot ticket at the moment. This truly Victorian bangle is beautifully engraved with five raised details. A dark antique finish on the the front (I do not polish any old silver). The back is plain and has some dings which is understandable with a piece this old; when worn the backs meet the surface. Please examine the pictures carefully. It clicks firmly closed and has a safety chain. Hallmarked on both insides - small fancy "h" for 1882, anchor for Birmingham and a standing lion assay mark. A beautiful piece of English silver work. Measures one inch wide and would fit up to 7 1/2 inch wrist.
