This Scottish Victorian bracelet is silver and I date it to around 1890. There is a nice variety of agate colors in this bracelet, I particularly like the green touches which match the heart lock closure. I feel fortunate so have found the heart after a long search - a perfect match but at the cost of $200! But it is such a beautiful bracelet, measures 6 3/4 inches long but additional tiny silver "o" rings could be added to make it longer. It is in excellent condition with nice engraving on each silver piece and on the back of the heart. Silver did not have to be marked at that time but I guarantee it is silver. I have added a safety chain which can be easily removed. This type of jewelry was originally called Pebble Jewelry, the stones having been found on the beaches in Scotland. There are some wonderful examples of the work of the period - please see other items I have listed. I ALWAYS ADVISE INSURANCE as I cannot be responsible for delivery without it. I show insurance cost with my listings. I am happy to combine shipments – please ask before paying. Shipping prices quoted are for US only; others please ask. NOTE: boxes, stands, and any additional props used for enhancing my listings, are NOT included. If any of these are included, it will be clearly marked. If you are in any doubt, please ask!
