I respond promptly to all questions and orders, typically within 24 hours. All of my items are guaranteed to be authentic vintage or antique pieces. Please remember that these items were used and treasured by others and may have minor imperfections. I photograph and describe any flaws that I'm aware of as accurately as possible. If you need additional information or photographs of an item please don't hesitate to ask.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund (but please do contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item to let me know what the issue is, and to make arrangements for the return and refund). The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping and a restocking fee of 15% is applied to sale and discounted items.

I am very careful with packing. Jewelry is shipped in a gift box or drawstring bag. Glass and other fragile items will be very carefully wrapped and if possible, double boxed. Very fragile items will be professionally packed.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

Domestic shipping on orders of $175 or more is free. For other orders, the cost of Shipping plus Insurance will be added to your purchase total. Insurance is mandatory and items will not be shipped without it. There is never a Handling Charge. I am happy to combine shipping costs when multiple items are purchased. I prefer to ship via USPS Priority Mail, but if you prefer a different shipping method I can usually accommodate you. I usually ship within 2-3 days of receiving payment, but fragile items or items being shipped outside of the US may take a bit longer. Please contact me for shipping costs for international destinations. Customers outside the United States please note that purchases may be subject to import duty or taxes. The buyer is responsible for any such fees or charges. Sales Tax will be added for North Carolina buyers.
