This is a classic vintage Art Deco necklace in geometric stepped glass. The amber stepped glass segments are mirrored or vauxhall glass and they are interspersed with white glass beads that look like they might at one time have been faux pearls. The back of the necklace is textured silver colored metal and it is suspended from a fancy chain. It fastens with a slide catch which is decorated with a faceted mirrored amber stone.
It measures 15 inches long and it is in very nice vintage condition. As noted, the beads probably lost their pearlized finish long ago. There is a little darkening around the edges of some of the mirrored glass.
